De’Longhi Takes Home 2 International Design Awards

iF and Red Dot have awarded De’Longhi 2 awards for their new catalog of small appliances such as their automatic ESAM6600 espresso machine.

The iF awards have been around for 50 years and it’s one of the most prestigious awards a manufacturer can add to their portfolio. The award ceremony takes place in Hannover Germany and there are over 3,000 contestants from over 36 countries. De’Longhi took home 3 awards in 2007. Two awards for toasters and one award for a blender.

Cutting edge contemporary appliance design is what the judges look for when assigning the iF awards to certain appliances.

The Red Dot Awards on the other hand are a bit different. Every year a jury from countries all over the world grade appliances based on their features and functionality. De’Longhi was able to clutch a Red Dot award for its Esclusivo range of appliances.
