New Dyson offices means that the supplier is "never out of stock"

By Patrick Avenell

Dyson has today announced the expansion of its Sydney premises, with the new offices being opened to specifically house the customer service team.

The new offices are adjacent to Dyson’s existing premises in Taren Point, and are a result of another good year for Dyson’s range of iconic cleaning products.

“The expansion comes after continued year-on-year growth in floorcare; coupled with the introduction of the new commercial division, pushed the company’s existing premises to the point of overflowing with machine deliveries,” said Dyson communications manager Erica Galea.

Talking specifically about what this means to Dyson retailers is managing director for SEA, Ross Cameron.

“This move allows us a lot more space to be able to continue to keep up with product demand.

”We take our customer care commitments very seriously. For retailers this means we are never out of stock, and for our end customers that we can provide a fast and superior service,” said Cameron.
